Reed Sorenson Pre-Race Notes and Quotes: Dover International Speedway

May 28, 2014

Huntersville, NC (May 28, 2014) - Reed Sorenson and the No. 36 Delaware Office of Highway Safety Tommy Baldwin Racing Chevrolet are ready to tame Miles the Monster this weekend at Dover International Speedway.

The No. 36 will be supporting the DOHS's "Click It Or Ticket" campaign whose emphasis is on saving lives through enforcement of the seat belt law in Delaware. When a car is stopped for seat belt violations the driver is the one who receives the ticket in Delaware. This encourages drivers to make sure that all of their passengers are buckled up before they even start on their journey.

"I am looking forward to this weekend at Dover International Speedway," said Sorenson. "We have a lot going on this weekend with the addition of the Delaware Office of Highway Safety. Dover is my favorite track on the NASCAR circuit, so I'm hoping for a great weekend of racing, and a good finish for this No. 36 Buckle Up/Arrive Alive Chevrolet.

Sorenson will be making several appearances throughout the weekend. On Wednesday, May 28, 2014 he will be at the Starboard at Dewey Beach from 5-7 p.m. On Saturday, May 31, he will be participating in an Open Track Session presented by Click It or Ticket from 8:30-9 a.m. Sunday, June 1, Sorenson will be signing autographs from 9-10 a.m. at the DOHS display.
